Manchester United Can Win The Quadruple - Cristiano Ronaldo

Portugal's golden boy wants to help the Red Devils win everything there is to win...

He may have just been named the FIFA World Player of the Year, but Cristiano Ronaldo's focus is fixed firmly on leading Manchester United to another trophy-filled campaign.

The Red Devils have already won the Club World Cup after downing LDU Quito in the final last month, and their win over Chelsea last weekend has put them back on course in the Premier League.

Meanwhile, they have negoatiated their way into the fourth round of the FA Cup and are gearing up for a blockbuster Champions League last 16 tie with Inter Milan.

And even though Sir Alex Ferguson's men are yet to book a spot in the Carling Cup final - they trail by a goal to Derby County after first leg of the semis - Ronaldo is aiming to end the season with four more winner's medals.

He said in The Sun, “It’ll be very difficult but we will try. Why not? We want to win everything this season and I know it’s possible because the team, spirit and desire is still the same.

“So we have to think we can win all four. The priorities for us are the Premier and Champions League but it would be great to create history by winning all four.

“We are favourites to win the title and are in a great position.

“We have to win our next two games. If we can do that, then it will be hard for anyone else to beat us because we will do our best to stay there. We know it’s tough but we’re confident.”
